Morgan Gibbs-White is a player who Manchester City are chasing left, right and centre. As per Fabrizio Romano, the England international has been picked as the long-term replacement of Kevin De Bruyne.
Despite scoring five goals and assisting six times in 30 Premier League appearances this season, Manchester City are looking to sign Gibbs-White shows there must be something manager Pep Guardiola is looking for in him.
From 2017 to 2022, Gibbs-White was a part of Wolverhampton Wanderers. However, he has taken the next step, following his move to Nottingham Forest in 2022.
26 assists and 16 goals in 150 PL outings tell that the 25-year-old attacking midfielder is good. But these are not the stats that a player from Manchester City are familiar with. However, Gibbs-White under Guardiola might take his game to the next level.
