Everton and Newcastle seem to be the leading clubs this summer to sign Jack Grealish (per Football Insider).
Grealish had two back-to-back poor seasons at Manchester City. Hence, the Sky Blues are most likely willing to sell the attacking midfielder.
Having an option between Everton and Newcastle, Grealish might pack the Magpies as they have Champions Legaue football to offer next season.
Grealish is a three-time Premier Legaue winner with the Sky Blues. However, his contribution overall is not good.
The relationship with Grealish and City boss Pep Guardiola does not look nice. Hence, a move away from Manchester might work well for both.
