Marco Carnesecchi is the goalkeeper Manchester United might look at if Andre Onana leaves the club.

Ligue 1’s Monaco are reporditly interested in getting the Nigerian goalkeeper.

After playing the Champions League final with Inter Milan, where they lost to Manchester City in 2023, Onana replaced David de Gea at Man United.

And De Gea did not have a bad 2022-23 season for the Red Devils.

The decision has not turned in favour of Man United as Onana has not been able to click for the 13-time Premier Legaue winners.

Marco Carnesecchi has been a consistent goalkeeper for Atalanta, having made his pro football debut in 2019. He came from the Atalanta Football Academy. From 2021 to 2023, he spent two seasons on loan at Cremonese. During the 2019-20 season, he was loaned to Trapani.

Carnesecchi is a tall 6 feet and 5 inches goalkeeper, which helps in balancing things overall when it comes to covering the distance.
