Borussia Dortmund has rejected a £42m bid for right winger Jamie Gittens from Chelsea.
Several media reports are suggesting that the Blues are ready to place another bid to get the young winger, who operates from the right-hand side position.
Gittens, 20, might require time to develop as he scored just eight goals in the 2024-25 Bundesliga season.
The stats are not bad, but to become a consistent scorer, the England U21 star needs to make his numbers better.
Gittens was in the Chelsea youth academy for a decent period. In a way, he knows the culture of the mega London club.
