James McAtee has become the young English player who is getting interest from a host of German clubs such as Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Leipzig and Stuttgart (per Times).

The move might work in favour of the young midfielder, who might not get several chances at Manchester City.

From 2022 to 2024, he went on loan at Sheffield United, where he scored 12 times in 67 domestic league appearances.

McAtee, who is yet to make his England first-team debut, has been seen as one of the best players coming out of England with huge potential.

In the last 10 years, several players have taken Germany as a base to polish their skills and then join even bigger clubs.

McAtee made his pro debut in 2021, adding three goals in 21 appearances for the Sky Blues.
