Sporting, who are reportedly asking £85m (100m euros) for forward Viktor Gyokeres, have to lower the asking amount to £59m (70m euros), as per Athletic.

Gyokeres is getting interest from Arsenal and Manchester United.

He is a player that Man United manager Ruben Amorim has worked during his time at Sporting.

In 59 Portuguese top-flight apps, Gyokeres has scored 59 goals. The 26-year-old striker is a part of Sweden’s National Football Team.

For Sweden, the former Coventry City Number 9 has scored 15 times in 26 apps.

Both the Red Devils and the Gunners are looking for a new striker. And Gyokeres can be one of the players joining either of the English sides.

Having a personal relationship with the current Man United boss can tempt Gyokeres to be a part of Old Trafford. However, Arsenal will offer the Champions League next season.
