Thomas Frank is famous for making Brentford a stable Premier League side. Last season, he made Brentford finish 10th in the Premier League.

It is way higher than Spurs, who finished 17th but won the Europa League under Ange Postecoglou.

Frank was a part of Brentford from 2018 to 2025 (summer), who are now a stable side in the English top-flight.

Due to winning the 2025 Europa Legaue last month, Spurs are in the 2025-26 Champions Legaue. The Danish manager is known for making players better, something they might need to make things better in the PL.

Postecoglou, despite making Spurs win their first silverware since 2008, was sacked last week due to his poor run as a manager in the PL last season.

Frank is known for his ability to make decent players look productive, something  Spurs might like to take the next steps forward.

Making Brentford become a stale PL must not be an easy task, but winning titles with the Whites could be harder as the level of competition is high at the top.
