Bayern Munich beat Brazilian side Flamengo 4-2 to reach Club World Cup quarter-finals. It means the German champions will face European champions Paris Saint-Germain next.
PSG outdid Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami 4-2 in the round of 16. Gerson and Jorginho’s penalty strike helped Flamengo score two goals.
But Bayern look things to the next level with Harry Kane’s brace, Erick Pulgar’s own goal and Leon Goretzka’s first-half brace worked well to make Bayern in a comfortable position.
PSG did make the right statement by socirng four four goals against Messi’s side. It has made it one of the best quarters clash at the CWC.
