Carlo Ancelotti has left Real Madrid and is now the head coach of Brazil, which is his first national team as a manager.
Ancelotti is joining Brazil after making Real win two Champions Legaue titles for the second time with the Spanish club.
Brazil started to pursue the Italian manager to join them in 2023. But after two years of hard work, he has accepted the job.
This gives Ancelotti a chance to win the FIFA World Cup 2026, which will happen in North America.
“I have a big job ahead of me,” he said.
“I’m delighted, the challenge is great. I’ve always had a special connection with this team. We’re going to work to make Brazil champions again.
“I’m honoured and proud to lead the best team in the world.”
Brazil are the five-time FIFA World Cup winners, which is the most in history. However, they last won the World Cup in 2002.
With Ancelotti’s arrival, Brazil have possibly the best manager (as per CV) leading them to the sixth glory.
