Carlo Ancelotti will officially become the head coach of Brazil on 26 May 2025, ending his second spell at Real Madrid.

The Italian was not able to make Real win anything substantial in the 2024-25 season. For this reason, mostly, both parties decided to look ahead.

Kaka, who worked under Ancelotti as a player during his AC Milan and Real Madrid days, has expressed a desire to join Ancelotti’s coaching staff. Ancelotti was the AC Milan boss when Kaka won the 2007 Ballon d’Or.

During an interview with Caze TV, Kaka said: “If the team thinks I can help in some way, I think that, at this moment, I am ready. I am prepared.”

Ancelotti’s move to lead Brazil has made fans hopeful of doing incredible things at the 2026 FIFA World Cup. They last won the prestigious title (World Cup) in 2002, and Kaka was a part of that golden squad.

Ancelotti is one of the most successful managers in football history. He is the only manager to win the Champions Legaue title five times.
