Evan Ndicka is a defender that Arsenal are reportedly chasing this summer. However, the Gunners might get some credible competition from Paris St-Germain (per Mirror).

Ndicka plays for AS Roma, joining the well-known Italian side in 2023 from Eintracht Frankfurt. In the 2021-22 season, he was a part of Frankfurt’s Europa League-winning season.

From under 16 to 21, Ndicka played for France. But he then switched his nation to the Ivory Coast in 2023. The former Auxerre defender has appeared 20 times for the   Ivory Coast.

The 25-year-old centre-back holds the contract with Roma until the 2028 summer. He is an injury-free defender, something Arsenal might benefit from next season.

Having a massive height of 6 feet and four inches, he could be an asset in winning duels. As the future of William Saliba, the addition of Ndicka can only bring positive outcomes.
