Stephen Warnock, who is an ex-Liverpool player, sees Lamine Yamal winning the Ballon d’Or in future.

Warnock told BBC Sport: “He is just a phenomenal talent and I love watching him. He’s a genius and a Ballon d’Or future winner.”
Winning the treble might make a case for Yamal to win the Ballon d’Or in 2025. No 17-year-old has won the Ballon d’Or. Even for great Messi, the first such glory came at the age of 22.
