Shukri Conrad gets the job as South Africa’s head coach for all formats. He is replacing Rob Walter, who left his job in white ball cricket last month.
They did post the update on social media (X): “Cricket South Africa is pleased to announce the appointment of Shukri Conrad as the Proteas Men’s all-format head coach.”
The new head coach of South Africa gets the job until the 2027 ICC ODI World Cup. The event will happen in South Africa, Zimbabwe and Namibia. Being one of the home sides, South Africa are aiming to win their first-ever 50-over World Cup.
