Several reports are making it clear that Cameroon forward Bryan Mbeumo has set Manchester United as his next destination.
Mbeumo had a career-boosting 2024-25 Premier League season, where he scored 20 goals and provided seven assists.
But Man United failed to score goals last season and finished in the bottom half of the PL. As per The Times, Mbeumo wants the 5x jump on his wages. He is possibly aiming to get £250,000 a week.
The Brentford winger is one of the key targets of Man United. However, there are other English clubs too who want to sign the player.
But it seems he has made up his mind to join the 13-time PL winners. It is crucial to remember that United won’t be playing in any European competition next season.
Mbeumo is just 25 years old, so there are high chances of getting five to seven productive seasons from him at Old Trafford.
Mbeumo, playing on the right wing, is a bonus because United have been failing to find somebody great in this position post the 2012-13 season.
On the left wing, they had several productive players in the last 12 to 13 years.
